Your information, handled with care
Privacy notice
Last updated:
This notice explains how Alle Designs uses the personal data you share through this website and its contact form. Please read it before sending an enquiry. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Alle Designs, the business responsible for deciding why and how your enquiry data is used (the Data Fiduciary).
1. What we collect, and why
We use your enquiry only to understand your project, respond to you, arrange any discussion you request and keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your personal data or use contact-form consent to subscribe you to marketing.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Name (required) | Identify and address you when responding. |
| Email (required) | Send your confirmation and respond to your enquiry. |
| Indian phone number (optional) | Call you about your project if you provide a number. |
| Service and budget range (optional) | Understand the type of project and its approximate scope. |
| Project brief (optional) | Understand the space, location, needs and ideas you choose to share. |
| Consent, notice version and submission time | Record your permission and administer your enquiry. |
Our hosting provider processes connection information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the website. For form abuse prevention, our rate-limit store keeps a secret-derived identifier, counts and short-lived timestamps instead of your raw IP address. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous.
Please do not include payment details, identity documents, health information or another person’s personal information in your project brief. No payment or document upload is needed to enquire.
2. Your choice and consent
By actively selecting the unticked privacy checkbox and submitting, you consent to the uses described above. Optional fields can be left blank. You can browse without submitting a form; if you do not provide the required information and consent, we cannot process an online enquiry.
You may withdraw consent by email at any time, or reply to the confirmation email. No account, fee or special wording is required. Use the email address you submitted and tell us which enquiry you mean. We may request only the information reasonably needed to confirm that the request is yours.
We will stop consent-based follow-up and ask our service providers to do the same within a reasonable time. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. We may be unable to continue your enquiry, and limited records may need to remain where the law requires them.
3. Who receives your information
Access is limited to the Alle Designs team members handling enquiries and service providers working for that purpose:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the form handler and stores enquiry records and abuse-prevention data.
- Resend delivers the enquiry to our business inbox and sends your confirmation email.
- Our business email provider stores and delivers the resulting correspondence.
These providers may process information in India or other countries. We remain responsible for the processing we instruct, and transfers must follow applicable Indian law and government restrictions. We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to lawful authorities or to protect legal rights. We do not share your enquiry for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
The website’s enquiry record and email-acceptance record are set to expire automatically after 365 days. This includes the information you submitted, consent version and timestamps. A record may exist even if email delivery could not be confirmed, so we can investigate an unsuccessful submission.
Abuse-prevention records expire shortly after their one-hour counting window. Email copies and ongoing correspondence require separate retention management; we review them when the enquiry ends and remove them when no longer needed, subject to applicable record-keeping duties. An active client project may need separate records and a separate notice.
You can request earlier erasure. We will explain any applicable legal reason that prevents immediate deletion, including any mandatory security or processing-record retention period, restrict the retained use and erase the records when that reason ends.
5. Access, correction, erasure and nomination
Contact us to request a summary of your personal data and how it is processed, details of relevant sharing, correction of inaccurate information, completion or updating of your details, or erasure when no longer needed and not legally required. You may also nominate someone to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, in accordance with applicable law.
Email info@alleinfra.com with your request and enough information to locate the enquiry. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why a proportionate verification step is necessary. You may ask for this notice or help with consent in English or a language specified in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India.
6. Privacy contact and grievances
Privacy and grievance contact: Alle Designs team
Email: info@alleinfra.com
Phone: +91 88401 16411
Studio address: Studio address to be added · Hyderabad, India
Tell us your concern and how we can contact you. We aim to acknowledge it within seven days and resolve it within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why; our grievance response period will not exceed 90 days.
If your grievance remains unresolved after using our grievance process, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India when the relevant provisions and complaint mechanism are operational. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology’s official DPDP information (new tab) provides the law, rules and official updates on the Board and its complaint process.
7. Safeguards and incidents
We use encrypted website connections, server-side validation, restricted administrative access, abuse controls and separate server credentials to protect enquiries. We do not put contact-form contents into application request logs or tracking events. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
If a personal data breach affects your information, we will investigate, take steps to limit harm and notify affected people and the relevant authority as required by applicable law.
8. Maps, fonts and analytics
The contact form does not require cookies. Google Maps loads on the contact page only if you select “Load map”; this sends connection information to Google, which may use cookies and process data under its privacy policy (new tab). Choosing not to load the map does not affect the form.
The website requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser headers. Analytics and session recording are disabled on the contact and privacy pages. Any optional analytics on other pages require separate configuration and an appropriate notice and consent choice.
9. Children
The enquiry service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Children should not submit personal data through this form. A parent or lawful guardian can contact us using their own details. If you believe a child has submitted data, please tell our privacy contact so we can investigate and remove it, subject to legal requirements.
10. This notice and applicable law
This notice is prepared with reference to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. Their provisions commence in phases; statutory rights and duties apply when the relevant provisions are in force. The contact and consent choices described here are available now.
We will update this page and its date when our practices change. A material new purpose requiring consent will be explained before we seek fresh consent. The consent recorded with an earlier enquiry remains tied to the notice version presented at submission.
